• Germany: delivery to your door — included in the price. We deliver by freight forwarder, no shipping costs are added.
• Countries bordering Germany (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland): also delivered to your door, included in the price.
• Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: €90.00 freight surcharge.
• Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Portugal and Sweden are not covered by our standard freight delivery — please write to service@squiq.de before ordering and we will make you an individual offer.
• Or: free fitting when you collect in Leipzig — also included in the price. Book an appointment
• Delivery time: Germany and neighbouring countries approx. 2–5 working days, other destinations approx. 5–7 working days — please also see our notes on availability

Camping boxes (ordered separately)

• Germany: free shipping — shipping is included in the price.
• Other EU countries: €30.00
• Delivery time: Germany approx. 2–5 working days, other EU countries approx. 5–10 working days

Clothing, accessories and camping equipment

• Germany: €3.90 — free shipping from €50.00 order value
• The €50.00 minimum applies only to clothing, accessories and equipment — squiq-Traveler and camping boxes have their own shipping terms (see above)
• Delivery time: approx. 2–4 working days
• Other EU countries: €9.90
• Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA): €19.90

Islands, ferry routes and particularly remote delivery addresses

Islands, delivery addresses reached by ferry and particularly remote locations cannot be handled by our standard freight delivery. Please write to service@squiq.de before ordering — we will check your address and make you an individual offer for delivery. This applies to Germany and to other EU countries alike.

Orders from several categories

If you order products from several categories (e.g. Traveler and clothing), the respective shipping terms are combined — you will always see the exact shipping costs transparently at checkout before you pay.

Carriers

We ship with DHL, Hermes, DPD and freight forwarders. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification from us. For freight deliveries, the carrier contacts you directly with the tracking number, usually within 24 hours.

Note on delays

During peak periods or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer.
