Development : From the application concept to the requirements catalogue in constant coordination with our production partners to the selection of materials, manufacturing and finishing technologies, we test and optimize our products until they meet our basic principle: simple, quick, quality - until they are squiq :)

Functional model: As the name suggests, all functions of the product are tested on the functional model. For this, the materials used must already have the properties of the final materials used. The surface finishing only plays a minor role here.

Pilot series: The pilot series is the last stage before series production. The product is already manufactured under series conditions. For this, all necessary processes must have been coordinated and successfully tested in advance.

Series production: We manufacture in batch sizes adapted to the demand for our products. Due to the delivery times of the materials manufactured specifically for us, we currently have to expect production times of around 10 weeks from the time the material is ordered to the time the finished product is ready for shipping.

Assembly and packaging: When all parts have arrived at our location in Leipzig, they are carefully checked during final assembly before they are further processed, packaged and made ready for shipping.

Available: We have the products in stock ready for dispatch. Dispatch usually takes place within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
